Terms & SMS Program

These terms cover the Discovery Language Academy text message program and your use of this enrollment page. By submitting the enrollment form, you agree to these terms.

The SMS program

If you check the optional consent box on the enrollment form, Discovery Language Academy may send you text messages about the Saturday Portuguese class: class details, schedule changes, reminders, and school follow-up. This is a non-marketing, informational program tied to the class you are enrolling in.

Consent is optional

Checking the SMS box is optional and is not a condition of enrolling or of any purchase. You can submit the form without it and still enroll your child.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Discovery Language Academy does not charge for the texts themselves.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also email info@discoverylanguageacademy.org or call (508) 997-8295 to be removed. Opting out of texts does not affect your child’s enrollment.

Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

The enrollment form and SMS program are intended for parents and guardians who are 18 or older. By submitting the form you confirm you are at least 18.
